GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ORDER
Payment Methods:       Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Check, Money Order, Direct Wire TransferWe gladly accept your checks, however, in the event your check is returned, your account will be debited electronically for the face amount and fees allowed by your state.
Shipping Policy:      

Most orders placed before 2pm EST will ship the same day!

Call if you have a critical or time-sensitive need and we will do our best to get you what you want – when you want it!

Canadian Customers:

We Ship to Canada via UPS Standard (ground) or USPS. Our shipping rate quotes DO NOT include any duties/taxes that may be incurred at customs. We will be happy to ship an order to any international destination. However, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping as well as all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation. Duties and taxes not paid when you receive your order will be billed back to you using the same method of payment with which your original order was paid. By federal law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation. We do not know how much additional cost the taxes and/or duties will be when you have your order shipped to you internationally. Midwest Equipment is not accountable for any of these taxes or duties; they are the sole responsibility of the customer and acceptance of this is implied when you place an order with us.

We do our best to consolidate orders into the fewest number of shipments so that you are charged the least amount possible for duties and taxes; however we cannot guarantee that international orders with multiple items will ship in 1 box.

PO Boxes: UPS cannot deliver a package to a PO Box. If you are choosing a UPS shipping method, please be sure to enter a physical street address. Orders being shipped to a military APO box must be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS has recently added Delivery Confirmation to its Priority Mail shipping options to APO and FPO boxes.

When calculating delivery of Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day, remember to count only business days. Exclude Saturdays, Sundays and non-working holidays. We will ship via UPS in most instances, but use truck if the shipment is too large for UPS to handle. If you require additional shipping options or help, please give us a call toll-free at 888-261-3076.

Customers in Hawaii, please note that there is no UPS Saturday delivery option available at this time.

In most cases your order will leave our warehouse within 24 hours and will arrive at its destination within the timeframe specified by the shipping method you selected. (Please see backorder policy below). Cut-off for same day shipping is 2:00 PM Eastern U.S. time. Orders received after that time will be shipped the next business day.

We cannot guarantee that we will have all items in stock all the time. If your item is not in stock we will contact you with details of the backorder or a possible substitute item if there is one available. Typically delays are very short (three days or less). International Orders:       We will be happy to ship an order to any international destination. Return Policy:       We will accept returns on any item, for any reason, as long as the following conditions are met (Please read the following instructions before submitting your return):

Midwest Equipment 30 Day Return Policy

Midwest Equipment offers a 30 Day Return Policy. Your return must be received by us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items received after this 30 day period WILL NOT BE CREDITED. Please contact us if you have any questions about our return policy and we will be happy to help.
  • Proof of Purchase: The original transaction receipt (make a copy for your own records), must be included with the item being returned.
  • As New: The item being returned must be in new condition (i.e. no scratches or other signs of use). All original packing materials (boxes, bags, etc.) must be returned with the item and undamaged (other than normally expected when opening the original package). If the item returned doesn’t qualify “As New” as stated in this paragraph, then a restocking fee will be applied as a percentage of the amount originally billed for the item.
  • Reason for Return: A brief explanation why the item is being returned. This is helpful in terms of improving products, the display of product information and better understanding your needs.
  • Return Authorization: You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA or RMA) from one of Midwest Equipment's representatives before returning an item. sales@midwestequipment.com or (513) 489-2060. Failure to do so may result in the item being returned to you at your expense. The RMA number we give you must clearly show on the package or shipping label.
  • With the above conditions in mind, Midwest Equipment, at its sole discretion, determines whether to accept, refuse or apply a restocking fee to a return. There are now factory imposed restocking charges that we must charge. This policy is done by the factory, not Midwest Equipment. Thank you for your understanding.
         
Canceling An Order:       Once an order is placed you can cancel any time before it ships. Too late? Please see our return policy for instructions on how to return a single item or an entire order.
         
Address Corrections:       When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping carrier to charge us a $10.00 address correction fee on each box shipped to that incorrect address. In order to recover the cost of the correction, we will charge your credit card the amount of the address correction.
