Production Boards and Productivity boards are often known as Digital PPT Pacers, Industrial "Shot Clocks", LED Production Pacers, LED Production Boards and Lean Manufacturing Visual Factory Boards
These electronic displays are a low cost method to provide instant increase in production output by informing operators of desired goal in realtime. Production board or productivity board goal field can be programmed to auto increment by any programmed pace and offer ability to program scaling factors.
LED PPT Pace Timers listed above are all standard in High Efficiency RED and are suitable for indoor industrial use. Our NEMA-1 units are dust resistant and suitable for most modern industrial applications, rugged NEMA-12 custom units available upon request. Units listed below are only a few of our hundreds of models. Configurations are available in single sided, two sided using 2.3" , 4.0" or 8.0" LED heights with operations to fit a wide variety of line needs.Industrial LED Production Pace Timers(PPTs) are effective tools to improve production output, throughput, efficiency, minimize waste and provide a smooth flow workplace. Lean Manufacturing and Production Pacers
