Macromatic ISDUR4 4 Channel Intrinsically Safe Relay, 102-132VAC and 10-125VDC

Cost-effective IS Series Relays protect hazardous location circuits and give you direct control of loads without additional relays or contactors. These relays allow you to select optional inverted logic and time delay modes. Universal input voltage of 102-132V AC and 10-125V DC accommodates a variety of applications. Select modes for each channel independently with the new ISDUM4 model!

 BETTER VALUE THAN OTHER PROTECTION OPTIONS

Macromatic Intrinsically Safe Barrier Relays provide a simplified solution to control loads in safe areas by actuators and sensors located in hazardous areas. The relays create a low energy control signal that cannot ignite explosive atmospheres in the event of a fault condition, such as a short circuit. This signal monitors the state of the control device in the hazardous location. The state of the device controls an integrated 5 Amp relay-output allowing for direct control of the safe area load. Advantages include reduced wiring and fewer components than traditional barriers as well as smaller size and lower cost than NEMA 7 explosion proof enclosures.
